Our Workplace
How we work, and what we hold ourselves to.
Taste of Home MSP Inc. is a small Las Vegas company doing work that matters to the people at the other end of it. Our products end up in shelters, placement facilities and transitional housing — places where someone is having a hard week. That shapes how we run the business.
Equal opportunity
We make employment decisions on the basis of ability and fit for the work. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal or Nevada law. This applies to hiring, pay, assignment, advancement and every other term of employment.
A safe place to work
We furnish a workplace free of recognized hazards, provide the training and equipment our work requires, and expect safe practice on every job site. Anyone can stop work over a safety concern without fear of retaliation. We carry workers’ compensation coverage as Nevada law requires.
Fair and lawful employment
We pay at or above Nevada’s minimum wage, pay overtime as required, provide meal and rest periods, and pay final wages on the timeline state law sets. We comply with federal work authorization requirements for every hire.
Conduct and trust
Our crews deliver into facilities that house children and vulnerable adults. We require background screening for anyone who enters a client facility on our behalf, and we hold subcontracted installation crews to the same standard we hold ourselves. We expect honesty in how we describe our products, price our work and report our progress — with clients, with agencies, and with each other.
Harassment and retaliation
Harassment of any kind has no place here. Neither does retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Concerns can be raised directly with company leadership and will be looked into.
As we grow
We are a small team, and we are building our people practices as we build the company. Written policies, training and procedures are being formalized as we add staff. The standards on this page apply now, regardless of our size.

This page summarizes the standards we hold ourselves to. It is not an employment contract and does not alter the at-will employment relationship.
